We use Fastway Couriers for our New Zealand deliveries.

Postage and packaging $7 per 2kg (i.e. $14 for 2-4kg etc.)

Allow 3-5 days for delivery & an additional day for rural addresses.

We ship internationally via New Zealand Post International Air.

International Air has a 3 - 10 day delivery target to over 220 destinations, including PO Boxes and rural areas worldwide.

Our Delivery Promise

We promise that we will get your items in the post as soon as possible.

However, as the companies we use may not be able to directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within these times. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs may take longer.

Please note that during December these times do not apply. If you wish to order something for Christmas please be aware that you will need to order earlier than usual.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind so please, choose carefully.


Once your order has been delivered you accept ownership of all goods. Pacific Souvenirs will not be responsible for any damage to goods after delivery unless due to a manufacturing fault that is covered under warranty.

Goods returned to us within 30 calendar days from receipt of delivery, due to a manufacturing fault that is covered under warranty, will be either replaced or the purchase price refunded. Refunds will be either via the method of original payment or a 

If you are returning an item you must:

  • Repackage the goods adequately to prevent damage in transit
  • Keep your original delivery slip until we have received the goods

Pacific Souvenirs is not responsible for returned items that go missing or are damaged during transit. Please ensure you send items with tracking and/or insurance.

Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Goods must be unused, unopened and in original condition
  • All original packaging and parts/accessories must be returned
  • Original invoice/delivery slip must be included
  • Goods must be received by Pacific Souvenirs within 30 calendar days from delivery
